Bright Cozy Cottage Vibes

The Mleys decided to upgrade their home with an addition and entire home remodel. She wanted a bay window that the countertop extends into, and an eating nook within the kitchen. They weren't sure on what their style was called, but gave me some great magazine clippings of kitchens she adored. I fell in love with the charm these two had, along with the character their existing home already had, and the memories their large family had within the walls.

The main bathroom flows off the kitchen and carries the same cottage feel. The upgraded brass faucets and lighting bring sophistication and luxury, while handmade tile bring charm and character.

Kitchen rendering below best fit their existing kitchen space this was allowing a working island with massive storage. The bench seat is on the opposite side beside a pantry, opposite the flow from room to room. This kitchen will forever be the center of the home.

The addition is in the blacked out walls, the existing walls are white. A huge deck will be off their new family gathering great room. Doubling or tripling the existing square footage with a second story as well.
