Custom Patio Concept Design

This was conceptualized to be able to easily become a reality in any small-sized yard. This could be constructed right off of your house or placed away for an entire new outdoor space within your yard. Add a pool to either side and you've got it all!
This covered patio design includes a grill area and stainless steel mini-fridge on one side and on the other a bar with open shelving below and a wine-fridge.
Inside the patio has seating for 20 people including the bar stools and more along the fire pit area!
Here is the floor plan for the patio design. This is the smallest size patio to fit the bar and grill area along with a living and fireplace area. This patio is 16'-2" by 22'. This is easily customizable!
With all the interest I've had on this patio, I may start selling the construction plans for this concept. It's not yet available, but coming soon!
